Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Please note that sometimes courier delays may happen and MEAM are not liable for such delays, we will try our best to help resolve your delivery issues.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Non-Personalised Products- No Refunds - Exchanges only within 14 days.
Personalised Products - We regret that we cannot accept refunds or returns on product(s) that has/have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way.
If the shipment details were incorrect, or ordered the wrong size, or colour or made an error in the personalisation after the order has been produced and despatched, unfortunately, MEAM is not responsible, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds. Please be cautious and give us very detailed information for personalisation products in the custom box section or under the ‘Note’ section such as Names, Dates, Colour etc.
Please give us your desired Arabic spelling, if Arabic spelling is not given, we will spell it for you the best we can.
