When will I receive my order during Ramadan?
Please allow couple more days for us to get your orders ready during ramadan as we all will be fasting etc (orders will be ready within 5-14 days insha allah)
Will I receive my order before Eid?
Order before the 20th fast if you would like your order delivered before Eid.
When will I receive my pre-ordered item?
Standard shipping do not apply for pre-orders, specific delivery information for pre-orders will be mentioned in each product description, please read carefully before ordering any pre-ordered products.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, although we are UK based, we provide delivery services to a number of regions. If your country is not included in the delivery options then please enquire for it to be added at meamuk@hotmail.com.
How do I return an item?
In the unlikely instance that you have to return your item, contact us prior to returning it. We will then ask you to send the parcel back in its original packaging (if possible). We will also provide you with a return address which you will then need to place onto the parcel.
Can I return a customised Arabic hoodie or other Personalised garments?
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us at meamuk@hotmail.com and we will assist you. Incorrect spelling of names are not classed as a faulty item and will not be eligible for refund. The ordering of a size that turns out not to fit you is also not eligible for a refund. In Addition, note that you have 14 days from the day of the receipt to return any item. Please refer to our Terms and conditions for more information.
How do I track my order?
Contact us and we will provide you with the full tracking information for your order!
How can I contact your couriers?
Our current courier are Royal Mail and if any issues arise with the delivery, let us know and we'll contact them on your behalf.
What are your delivery options?
Presently, we only offer one standard shipping method to all the regions we deliver to. When you select a delivery method at the checkout, you will be provided with the estimated delivery times for your region.
How long will my package take to come?
UK delivery is 5-15 working days, we work Monday to Thursday. International delivery is 7-18 working days.
Can I return a custom garment?
Custom garments cannot be returned as the garment are personalised to you and cannot be resold.
Are MEAM hoodies oversized?
The fit of our hoodies and jumpers is true to size, if you wish to have an oversized fit go a size up and always check the size guide!

My order came damaged, what do I do?
In the unlikely event of damaged goods the Purchaser should contact MEAM within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. Customers are required to email meamuk@hotmail.com and provide a picture and details of what the damage is. MEAM will investigate and replace or refund the items concerned if all is satisfactory.
