If the shipment details were incorrect, or ordered the wrong size, colour or made an error in the personalisation after the order has been produced and despatched, unfortunately MEAM is not responsible, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds. Please be cautious and give us very detailed information for personalisation products in the custom box section or under the ‘Note’ section such as Names, Dates, and Colour etc.
Please give us your desired Arabic spelling, if Arabic spelling is not given, we will spell it out for you the best we can.
